K\u00fcrdistan ve K\u00fcrt ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi ya yeniden beton mezara g\u00f6m\u00fclecek ya da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in aya\u011fa kalkacakt\u0131r. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir orta yol veya alternatif yoktur. 84 At\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015fmana s\u0131k\u0131lan kur\u015fun her hangi bir eylem olman\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6tesinde anlamlar i\u00e7ermektedir. PKK \u015fahs\u0131nda K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr var olma ve kurtulu\u015f karar\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmektedir. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi red etme ve ortadan kald\u0131rma iradesini ifade etmektedir. Karanl\u0131k ve korkunun hakim oldu\u011fu bir zaman ve co\u011frafyada cesaret ve kurtulu\u015fa olan inan\u00e7, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe tutku d\u00fczeyinde ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. 15 A\u011fustos\u2019ta Eruh ve \u015eemdinli\u2019de d\u00fc\u015fmana s\u0131k\u0131lan ilk kur\u015fun ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin k\u00f6lele\u015ftirdi\u011fi k\u00f6le k\u00fcrde de s\u0131k\u0131lan kur\u015fundur. Literat\u00fcrde buna \u201cilk kur\u015fun teorisi\u201d denilmektedir. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi, ki\u015filiksizli\u011fi, kimliksizli\u011fi kabullenmi\u015f, kendine yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f k\u00f6le k\u00fcrd\u00fcn reddi ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc demek olan bu eylem, ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni bir ki\u015filik ve zihniyetin filizlenmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu yeni ki\u015filik ve zihniyet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131, \u201cOlacaksa ya\u015fam \u00f6zg\u00fcr olacak ya da hi\u00e7 olmayacak\u201d diyecek bir cesaret ve kararl\u0131l\u0131kla d\u00fc\u015fmana olan kin ve \u00f6fkesini intikam eylemleriyle a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan, halk\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir emek ve fedakarl\u0131kla ba\u011fl\u0131 olan, halk\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015funa \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden bir militan ki\u015filiktir. Bu anlamda 15 A\u011fustos At\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci tarihe nokta koyan ve K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesini gerilla sava\u015f\u0131yla ba\u015flatan bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Eruh ve \u015eemdinli eylemleriyle ayn\u0131 zamanda ERNK (Eniya Rizgariya Netew\u00e9 K\u00fcrdistan- K\u00fcrdistan Ulusal Kurtulu\u015f Cephesi) ilan\u0131 da yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Parti taraf\u0131ndan planlama bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fer bu ilan zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa tasfiyecilerin inan\u00e7s\u0131z, karars\u0131z tutumlar\u0131 nedeniyledir. ERNK bildirisinin yaz\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in Fatma unsuru g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu g\u00f6revini zaman\u0131nda yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ERNK ilan\u0131 zaman\u0131nda de\u011fil, gecikmeli olarak yap\u0131lmak zorunda kal\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 15 A\u011fustos At\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile birlikte ERNK ilan\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmak istenmesi ve parti taraf\u0131ndan bu \u015fekilde planlanmas\u0131 anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. ERNK K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeyi hedefleyen cephe \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. Gerilla sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatma karar\u0131 sadece parti kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011fla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 marjinal bir sava\u015f karar\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bir halk sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve bir halk\u0131n kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesini ba\u015flatma karar\u0131d\u0131r. Gerilla sava\u015f\u0131 bunun \u00f6nc\u00fc sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r ve h\u0131zla halkla\u015fma ve halk\u0131 sava\u015fa \u00e7ekmeyi hedeflemektedir. Temel strateji de Uzun S\u00fcreli Halk Sava\u015f\u0131 Stratejisidir. Halk\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirme, \u00f6rg\u00fctleme ve kendi sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 verir hale getirme m\u00fccadelesidir. Basitten karma\u015f\u0131\u011fa, da\u011f ve k\u0131rsaldan \u015fehirlere do\u011fru yay\u0131lacak ve topyek\u00fcn bir sald\u0131r\u0131yla s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131racak bir sava\u015f stratejisidir. Bu m\u00fccadeleyi ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki K\u00fcrt isyanlar\u0131ndan ay\u0131ran en temel y\u00f6n\u00fc de bu olmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f bir \u00d6nderlik taraf\u0131ndan zihniyeti ve bilinci olu\u015fturulmu\u015f, planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, strateji ve taktikleri belirlenmi\u015f, m\u00fccadele ara\u00e7 ve y\u00f6ntemleri tespit edilmi\u015f bir halk kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r bu. Eski paradigmam\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6n g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc devrim program\u0131n\u0131 bu tarzda \u00f6zetlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. ERNK ilan\u0131n\u0131n gerilla sava\u015f\u0131 ile ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 bu stratejinin gere\u011fidir. Bu sava\u015f halk\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Halk hem h\u0131zla \u00f6rg\u00fctlenecek hem de sava\u015fa kat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Ulusal kurtulu\u015f sava\u015flar\u0131 ancak halkla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve halk\u0131 sava\u015fa \u00e7ekti\u011fi oranda ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131 ve zafer kazanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. ERNK\u2019nin ilan\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda halka \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve gerilla saflar\u0131na kat\u0131lma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. 15 A\u011fustos eylemiyle bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 halkta b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yank\u0131 bulmu\u015ftur. Yurtsever halk\u0131m\u0131zda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir moral ve sevince yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir \u00e7ok insan\u0131m\u0131z, gencimiz da\u011flara \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve gerillaya ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve kurtulu\u015f \u00f6zleminin yurtsever K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131nda ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011funu tek ba\u015f\u0131na gerillaya bu y\u00f6nelim bile g\u00f6stermeye yeterlidir. E\u011fer bu potansiyel yeterince de\u011ferlendirilmemi\u015fse parti olarak bizim haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan ve yetersizli\u011fimizden kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt toplumunda i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik ve ihanet ile yurtsever, direni\u015f\u00e7i e\u011filim iki \u00e7izgi bi\u00e7iminde uzun bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe dayanarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumu\u015ftur. Gerilla sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile birlikte direni\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7izgi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7 kazan\u0131rken, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i-ihanet\u00e7i \u00e7izgi darbe \u00fczerine darbe yemi\u015f, halk i\u00e7inde te\u015fhiri ve tecridi ya\u015far duruma gelmi\u015ftir. Yurtsever K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131 her yerde gerillaya kucak a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve onlara kol kanat germi\u015ftir. Gerillaya kutsall\u0131k atfedecek kadar ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f ve onu ba\u011fr\u0131na basm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her gerilla \u015fehadetinden b\u00fcy\u00fck etkilenmi\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015fmana olan \u00f6fkesini bilemi\u015ftir. Gerilla saflar\u0131na K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131lmas\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir devrim niteli\u011finde olmu\u015ftur. Din ve feodal etkilerin yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kad\u0131n\u0131n namus olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc K\u00fcrt toplumunda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc saflarda yerini almas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck zihniyet d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gerillaya olan g\u00fcven o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr ki, k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n veya k\u0131z karde\u015finin gerilla saflar\u0131nda erkeklerle yan yana, omuz omuza m\u00fccadele vermesi K\u00fcrt erke\u011finde bir utanma kayna\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, bir onur ve gurur nedeni olmu\u015ftur. Denilebilir ki, partinin halkla\u015fmas\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nc\u00fc rol\u00fc kad\u0131n oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gerillan\u0131n ki\u015filik ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, gerillada kad\u0131n militan \u00f6nc\u00fc ki\u015fili\u011finin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 halk\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck etkiler yapm\u0131\u015f ve derinden sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Art\u0131k gerillan\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 halk\u0131n i\u00e7inde bir efsaneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Gerillan\u0131n her eylemi ve d\u00fc\u015fmana vurdu\u011fu her darbe dilden dile dola\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlar partinin halkla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve cephe faaliyetlerinde bir araya gelerek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin Rojava halk\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zenle kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fkiler ve geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeler partinin Rojava\u2019da halkla bulu\u015fmas\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesinde belirleyici olur. \u00d6nderli\u011fin Rojava\u2019da, Halep ve \u015eam\u2019da neredeyse ili\u015fkilenmedi\u011fi bir aile\u00a0 ve insan kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fin e\u011fitiminden ge\u00e7mi\u015f bir \u00e7ok kadro \u00d6nderlik Sahas\u0131 ve Rojava\u2019da toplumsal alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere g\u00f6revlendirilir. 90 ve 91 Newrozlar\u0131 Bekaa Vadisinde Mahsum Korkmaz Akademisi\u2019nde halkla birlikte kutlan\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik burada Rojava halk\u0131m\u0131zdan binlerce insana hitap etmi\u015f ve her biriyle tek tek konu\u015farak ilgilenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6nderli\u011fin bu e\u015fsiz emek, \u00e7abalar\u0131 ve partimizin s\u00fcreklile\u015fen \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Rojava halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yurtseverli\u011fi ile bulu\u015funca K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bu par\u00e7as\u0131 erkenden devrimle bulu\u015fmu\u015f ve kitlesel bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Partiye evini, kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sonuna kadar a\u00e7mayan aile neredeyse kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rojava halk\u0131m\u0131z bulundu\u011fu alanda devrime kat\u0131lmakla kalmam\u0131\u015f, binlerce genciyle gerilla saflar\u0131nda da yerini almas\u0131n\u0131 bilmi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn Rojava devriminin \u00e7i\u00e7ek a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131n temelinde bizzat \u00d6nderli\u011fin bu b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi, al\u0131n teri ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc, bilin\u00e7li halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi yatmaktad\u0131r. Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kom\u00fcn ve meclislerde \u00f6rg\u00fctleyerek g\u00fc\u00e7 haline getirme ve \u00f6zy\u00f6netimleriyle kendini y\u00f6netme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yeni de\u011fildir, partimizin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daha Hilvan ve Siverek s\u00fcrecinde k\u00f6ylerde kom\u00fcnler olu\u015fturulur, \u015fehirde halk, meclislerde \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilir. Hilvan\u2019da belediye S\u00fcleymanlar\u2019dan al\u0131narak halktan olu\u015fturulan meclise devredilir. \u0130ktidar yerine \u00f6zy\u00f6netimlere dayal\u0131 kom\u00fcn ve meclisler olu\u015fturma, bir \u00d6nderlik \u00e7izgisi olarak ba\u015ftan beri bu hareketin mayas\u0131nda vard\u0131r.84 sonras\u0131nda halk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilen bir alanda Avrupa alan\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00dclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6\u00e7en y\u00fczbinlerce K\u00fcrt insan\u0131 Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fclkelerinde m\u00fclteci ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrmektedir. \u00dclkeden ekonomik veya siyasi nedenlerle kopan insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirerek \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek ve y\u00f6nlerini \u00fclkeye, Ulusal Kurtulu\u015f M\u00fccadelesine \u00e7evirmek bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n temel amac\u0131 durumundad\u0131r. Partimiz \u00fclke zemininde devrimci m\u00fccadele ve gerilla sava\u015f\u0131 veren tek hareket oldu\u011fundan halk\u0131m\u0131z h\u0131zla parti etraf\u0131nda kenetlenerek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015ftir. Avrupa sahas\u0131nda bulunan halk\u0131m\u0131z hem maddi katk\u0131lar\u0131 ile m\u00fccadelemize g\u00fc\u00e7 vermi\u015f, hem de \u00f6rg\u00fctsel, eylemsel faaliyetlerden tutal\u0131m gerilla saflar\u0131na kat\u0131lmaya kadar bir \u00e7ok alanda do\u011frudan kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
