Ortado\u011fu o ilk devlet, be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet\u00e7i gelene\u011fin en k\u00f6kl\u00fc bi\u00e7imde yerle\u015fti\u011fi yerdir. Devlet\u00e7ilik, iktidarc\u0131l\u0131k burada \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6yle ki, her aile reisi bile kendisini bir devlet gibi kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Aile reisi devletin izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc olmu\u015ftur ya da devlet buna dayanarak kendisini k\u00f6kle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve b\u00fct\u00fcn toplum i\u00e7ine yaym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Ortado\u011fu b\u00f6yle bir toplumsal ve siyasal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe sahiptir. \u00d6nder Apo Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun bu gerici kalelerini bir bir devirmektedir. Devlet\u00e7ili\u011fi devirmi\u015ftir, iktidarc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 devirmi\u015ftir, dogmatizme darbe vurmu\u015ftur, kal\u0131p\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa darbe vurmu\u015ftur. En kat\u0131 erkeksi zihniyet Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder Apo kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisiyle buna kar\u015f\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadele vermi\u015ftir. Devlete kar\u015f\u0131 zihniyet olarak, ideolojik, teorik, paradigmasal olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dogmatizme kar\u015f\u0131 teorik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dincili\u011fe, milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fe, mezhep\u00e7ili\u011fe ideolojik ve teorik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele verilmektedir. Tarihte insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011ferler yaratan dinlerin sapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 da dini en do\u011fru bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirerek, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyerek Ortado\u011fu&#8217;daki b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nder Apo&#8217;nun Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da etkili olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan en temel etkenlerden biri de din \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemesidir. Hi\u00e7bir \u0130slam teolo\u011fu \u00d6nder Apo kadar \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 derinli\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6zmemi\u015ftir. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 derinli\u011fine anlamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n toplumsal karakterini derinli\u011fine kavramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nder Apo ayn\u0131 zamanda bir teologdur. B\u00fct\u00fcn dinleri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeye tabii tutmu\u015ftur. Yahudili\u011fi, H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130slamiyeti, \u00cazid\u00eeli\u011fi, Alevili\u011fi, b\u00fct\u00fcn dinleri ve mezhepleri de anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onlar\u0131n tarih i\u00e7inde oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumlu rolleri kapsaml\u0131ca de\u011ferlendirmi\u015ftir. Neden dogmatikle\u015fti, neden kal\u0131pla\u015ft\u0131, neden daha sonra iktidara ve devlete bula\u015ft\u0131, giderek toplumsal geli\u015fmelerin \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel hale getirildi, bunlar bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak, \u00d6nder Apo taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan art\u0131k Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da egemenlerin dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 temeller zay\u0131ft\u0131r. Art\u0131k Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da egemenler eskisi gibi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc de\u011fildir. Ku\u015fkusuz sadece K\u00fcrtler de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn halklar despotizme kar\u015f\u0131 Ortado\u011fu&#8217;daki zalimlere, iktidarlara kar\u015f\u0131, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bask\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fczenlere kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele vermi\u015flerdir, bedeller \u00f6demi\u015flerdir. \u00d6nder Apo ideolojik, teorik, paradigmatik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara do\u011frultu kazand\u0131ran, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 anlamland\u0131ran bir \u00e7izgi ve yap\u0131lanma ger\u00e7e\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015ftur. O m\u00fccadeleleri daha b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc hale getirmi\u015ftir, onlar\u0131 do\u011fru hedeflere y\u00f6neltmi\u015ftir. Art\u0131k Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da m\u00fccadele eden halklar\u0131n elinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ideolojik, teorik, paradigmatik de\u011ferler vard\u0131r; g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir zihniyet vard\u0131r. Sadece tepkisel de\u011fil, sadece zulme ba\u015fkald\u0131rma de\u011fil, bu zulme neden kar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildi\u011fi kadar, bu zul\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda neyi alternatif hale getirece\u011fini de bilecek durumdad\u0131r. Halklar\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6n\u00fc ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halklar\u0131n nas\u0131l \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve demokratik ya\u015fama kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 teorik olarak ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun ihtiyac\u0131 olan en temel de\u011ferler Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131n\u0131n eline verilmi\u015ftir. Ortado\u011fu nas\u0131l ki tarihte dinleri, mezhepleri, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kararak toplumsal sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arad\u0131ysa, bug\u00fcn de \u00d6nder Apo \u00e7izgisinde a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fan sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmu\u015ftur. Hem Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun tarihinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan gericili\u011fe, zulme, bask\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmu\u015ftur, hem de Avrupa merkezli kapitalist modernitenin, Ortado\u011fu&#8217;ya getirdi\u011fi a\u011f\u0131r sorunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l a\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na dair \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu bak\u0131mdan \u00d6nder Apo, bir Ortado\u011fu \u00d6nderli\u011fi olarak tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu devrimci liderli\u011fi olarak tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nder Apo sadece K\u00fcrtlerin \u00d6nderi de\u011fildir, ancak K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesini verirken b\u00f6yle bir zihniyet ve \u00d6nderlik g\u00fcc\u00fcne kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 \u00fczerinde uygulanan soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik ve b\u00f6yle bir soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadele K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderini b\u00f6yle bir b\u00f6lgesel ve evrensel ideolojik, teorik, paradigmatik d\u00fczeye ula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zme aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde bu yola girmi\u015ftir;\u00a0 girmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr ki; Ortado\u011fu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmeden, d\u00fcnya \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmeden, anla\u015f\u0131lmadan K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesini vermek, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015ft\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu bak\u0131mdan K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesinin nas\u0131l verilece\u011finin \u015fifrelerini \u00e7\u00f6zerken, b\u00fct\u00fcn Ortado\u011fu gericili\u011finin, d\u00fcnya gericili\u011finin \u015fifrelerini \u00e7\u00f6zmek, bunlar \u00fczerinde durmak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu da \u00d6nder Apo&#8217;yu ve yo\u011funla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 derinle\u015ftirmesini, Ortado\u011fu Halklar\u0131 \u00d6nderli\u011fi ve D\u00fcnya Halklar\u0131 \u00d6nderli\u011fi haline gelmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da \u00f6zg\u00fcr toplum ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr birey \u00e7ok bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ku\u015fkusuz toplumsall\u0131k Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr, Ortado\u011fu toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerdir. Ama zaman i\u00e7inde bu toplumsall\u0131k sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu toplumsal de\u011ferler sapt\u0131r\u0131larak zulm\u00fcn, bask\u0131n\u0131n hizmetine bile sokulmu\u015ftur. Dinin iktidar\u0131n hizmetine sokulmas\u0131, sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f toplumsall\u0131kla ilgilidir. Dinin devletin hizmetine sokulmas\u0131, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye alet edilmesi de bununla ilgilidir.\u00a0 Din toplumsall\u0131kt\u0131r, toplumsal de\u011ferler temelinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama daha sonra devlet, iktidar ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler bu toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131, toplumsal de\u011ferleri, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dini sapt\u0131rarak kendi hizmetlerine koymu\u015flard\u0131r. Binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet\u00e7i zihniyet, devlete ba\u011fl\u0131, boyun e\u011fmi\u015f birey, kul, tebaa, reya, k\u00f6le, serf ne denirse densin, tamamen iktidara, devlete, egemenlere, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere ba\u011fl\u0131 bir birey ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nder Apo kullu\u011fa, tebaaya, k\u00f6le olmaya kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele vererek bu t\u00fcr zihniyetleri de yerle bir etmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt toplumunda do\u011fru toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, toplumsall\u0131kla diyalektik i\u00e7inde \u00f6zg\u00fcr, demokratik, iradeli bireyi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karma m\u00fccadelesi vermi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan hem ger\u00e7ek toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f, hem de ger\u00e7ek, \u00f6zg\u00fcr bireyi var etme m\u00fccadelesiyle Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da bireyler \u00fczerindeki bu despotizmi de k\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan devriminin, Ortado\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir de b\u00f6yle anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r. Do\u011fru toplumsall\u0131k ve do\u011fru birey anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n sapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi, Avrupa&#8217;da ve kapitalizm ko\u015fullar\u0131nda da bireysellik, birey olma, ki\u015filik sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan hem Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da sapt\u0131r\u0131lan toplumsall\u0131\u011fa, hem de Avrupa\u2019da sapt\u0131r\u0131lan bireye kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru toplumsall\u0131k ve do\u011fru bireysellikle cevap veren bir \u00d6nderlik ve K\u00fcrdistan devrim ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00f6yle bir devrimci \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi \u00e7ok anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz kapitalizmin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan sonra Marks, Engels ve Lenin\u2019de, yine bir\u00e7ok devrimci, bilim insan\u0131 ve felsefesinde somutla\u015fan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Kapitalist modernitenin toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmas\u0131na, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 insanl\u0131k toplumculu\u011fu, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasiyi arama m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7ine girmi\u015ftir. Ama bat\u0131n\u0131n manevi de\u011ferlerinin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, toplumsal de\u011ferlerinin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7abalar\u0131n istenilen sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7abalar toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n tarihsel de\u011ferlerine yeterince dayanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in daha sonra kapitalizm taraf\u0131ndan etkisizle\u015ftirilmesi durumu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu ise bask\u0131 ve zulm\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r oldu\u011fu bir co\u011frafya olma yan\u0131nda, manevi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, manevi de\u011ferlerin co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r. Manevi de\u011ferlerin co\u011frafyas\u0131 olmak \u00e7ok \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Toplumsal de\u011ferlerin co\u011frafyas\u0131 olmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bat\u0131da R\u00f6nesans, Reform ve demokratik halk devrimleriyle birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve felsefe g\u00fcc\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun bilgelerini, \u00e2limlerini, peygamberlerini, dervi\u015flerini, ermi\u015flerini, evliyalar\u0131n\u0131, maddiyattan uzak, sadece insanl\u0131k ve toplum de\u011ferleri \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015fan insanlar\u0131n\u0131 unutmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr? Ortado\u011fu b\u00f6yle \u00e7ok k\u00f6kl\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve zihniyet d\u00fcnyas\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r. Manevi uygarl\u0131k co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r, yani toplumsal de\u011ferler co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 insan yapan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ger\u00e7ek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinin, demokrasi \u00e7izgisinin Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 da anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir durumdur. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da sorunlar a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, kapitalist moderniteyle daha a\u011f\u0131r hale gelmi\u015ftir; buna kar\u015f\u0131 da sorunlar\u0131n en fazla a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrt toplumu, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnya sorunlar\u0131na devrimci \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ortaya koyan \u00d6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011finin bu kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, onun manevi uygarl\u0131k co\u011frafyas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla ilgilidir. Avrupa maddi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil etmektedir, Ortado\u011fu manevi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Manevi uygarl\u0131k her zaman maddi uygarl\u0131ktan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olur. Ne kadar maddi uygarl\u0131k, para, silah, \u015fu g\u00fcce, bu g\u00fcce dayansa da hi\u00e7bir g\u00fc\u00e7 manevi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc, manevi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 manay\u0131, anlam\u0131 a\u015famaz. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun her ta\u015f\u0131, her co\u011frafyas\u0131, her yeri anlam doludur, mana doludur.
