Devrimciler, sosyalistler \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli m\u00fccadele vermi\u015flerdir, bedeller \u00f6demi\u015flerdir. 1970\u2019lerde emek\u00e7ilerin, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde aya\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131 da olmu\u015ftur. Ama bunlar da siyasal hareket olma s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015famam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fimi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fimi \u00e7ok fazla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirememi\u015flerdir. B\u0131rakal\u0131m toplumu, \u00f6rg\u00fctler bile devrimci bir siyasal ya\u015fam i\u00e7ine girmemi\u015flerdir; ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 siyasalla\u015ft\u0131ramam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, anlar\u0131n\u0131 siyasalla\u015ft\u0131ramam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130deoloji ve politik ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda belli bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Fakat bu m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6rg\u00fctten ba\u015flayarak toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131, ya\u015famsalla\u015fmas\u0131, ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm an\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir m\u00fccadeleye verilmesi ya da b\u00f6yle bir m\u00fccadele taraf\u0131ndan \u015fekillenmesi sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de \u00f6rg\u00fctte, kadroda b\u00f6yle bir siyasalla\u015fma ve ya\u015fam\u0131n her an\u0131n\u0131n ideolojik- politik do\u011frultuda \u015fekillenmesi sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6rg\u00fctten ba\u015flayarak topluma kadar devrimin derinle\u015fmesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sosyal olgu haline gelmesi, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da k\u00f6kle\u015fmesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fememi\u015ftir. 2011\u2019de Arap Bahar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur, halk ger\u00e7ekten de bask\u0131ya, zulme, be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet\u00e7i sistemin toplum \u00fczerine yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu aya\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f da k\u0131sa s\u00fcre s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015f, yeni bir ya\u015fam, yeni bir toplum anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ortaya konulamam\u0131\u015f; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da tepkisel hareket olarak kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Sonradan da ba\u015fka g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilerek, sapt\u0131r\u0131larak \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ku\u015fkusuz bu halk hareketlerinin hepsi Ortado\u011fu&#8217;daki siyasal ya\u015fama, toplumsal ya\u015fama, toplumdaki duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce de\u011fi\u015fimine, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne etkide bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131 ink\u00e2r etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ama hi\u00e7 birisi \u00d6nder Apo&#8217;nun \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi, PKK&#8217;nin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadele kadar toplumu de\u011fi\u015ftiren, toplumun derinliklerine sinen m\u00fccadeleler, devrimler olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle K\u00fcrt devriminin demokratik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, toplumcu, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel karakteri \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimler yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde demokratik devrim, sosyal devrim, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel devrim, ulusal devrim, demokratik siyasal devrim ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak kad\u0131n devriminin K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da boyutlanmas\u0131 ve bu kad\u0131n devriminin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ve bilin\u00e7li olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, sadece kad\u0131n\u0131n aya\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil, kad\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle toplumu de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi, b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumun kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinde yeniden mayalanmas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi K\u00fcrt devrimini yeni bir a\u015famaya ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede K\u00fcrt toplumu yeni ya\u015fam\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bunun \u00fczerinden de \u015fekillenen bir demokratik ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011fi olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. K\u00fcrt devrimi, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck devrimiyle hem tarihsel k\u00f6klerine dayanarak Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun o toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ruhunu aya\u011fa kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, harekete ge\u00e7irmi\u015f, hem de kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyadaki demokrasi g\u00fc\u00e7lerini, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerini, devrimci hareketleri etkileyen bir d\u00fczey kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin Ortado\u011fu&#8217;daki di\u011fer halklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinden farkl\u0131 geli\u015fti\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bunun en temel \u00f6zelliklerinden biri de K\u00fcrtlerin hi\u00e7bir zaman devlet kurmam\u0131\u015f bir toplum olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Devletler i\u00e7inde baz\u0131 beylikler olmu\u015f, \u00f6nemli otonom y\u00f6netimleri olmu\u015f, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle iktidar e\u011filimi ya da iktidarc\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m a\u015firet ileri gelenleri ve K\u00fcrt egemen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda belli d\u00fczeyde olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Hem Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 beyliklerde, hem de \u0130ran, Arap Emevi, Abbas\u00ee imparatorluklar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 beyliklerde bu t\u00fcr e\u011filimler ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama genel olarak bir devlet d\u00fczeyine ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in devlet\u00e7i zihniyetin K\u00fcrt toplumunda \u00e7ok k\u00f6kl\u00fc oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenemez. K\u00fcrtler 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ulus devlet\u00e7i iktidarlar taraf\u0131ndan yok olmayla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelen bir toplum olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan iktidarc\u0131, devlet\u00e7i, otoriter, bask\u0131c\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr K\u00fcrt toplumu i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok fazla geli\u015fmedi\u011fi gibi, bask\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hep tepki duyan, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck arayan, demokrasi arayan bir \u00f6zlem var olagelmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle K\u00fcrtlerin Ortado\u011fu&#8217;daki di\u011fer halklardan daha fazla \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi isteyen, zulme ve bask\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 tepki duyan bir karakterleri vard\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz Arap, Fars, T\u00fcrk devletleri ve imparatorluklar\u0131 alt\u0131nda Arap, Fars, T\u00fcrk, Azeri ve di\u011fer halklar da devlete tepki duymu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu devletlerin bu halklar\u0131n devleti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Ancak K\u00fcrtlerin durumu ve ruhsal \u015fekillenmeleri daha farkl\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler tamamen bu devletler alt\u0131nda daha fazla bask\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri gibi, \u00f6zellikle son y\u00fczy\u0131lda yok olmayla, imha edilmeyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015flerdir. Bu da K\u00fcrtlerin mevcut devletlere kar\u015f\u0131 tepkilerini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan K\u00fcrtler tarih boyu devlet d\u0131\u015f\u0131 toplum olarak kald\u0131klar\u0131ndan, hatta devlete uzak durduklar\u0131ndan hak, adalet, e\u015fitlik, vicdan, demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck gibi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferleri ta\u015f\u0131yan bir halk olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Devlete ve iktidara bula\u015fmayan, bundan dolay\u0131 da fazla kirlenmeyen bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ku\u015fkusuz K\u00fcrtler soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci devletlerin ve iktidarlar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda iradeleri ezilmi\u015f, k\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, inan\u00e7s\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, umutsuzlu\u011fa d\u00fc\u015ferek son y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u00f6l\u00fcm d\u00f6\u015fe\u011fine d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi haline gelmi\u015f olsa da yine de devletle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmeyen, devlete tepkisi olan, zihniyetinde, y\u00fcre\u011finde, beyninin derinliklerinde devlete tepki, devlet kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir halk durumundad\u0131r. PKK&#8217;nin bu halk\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7ine sokmas\u0131, bu halk\u0131n tarihsel toplumsal de\u011ferlerine dayanarak, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne dayanarak bu m\u00fccadeleyi geli\u015ftirmek istemesi K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokraside \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 karakterde bir bilince sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131nda var olan olumsuzluklar\u0131, iradesizli\u011fi, kendi ger\u00e7e\u011finden kopu\u015funu g\u00f6ren, de\u011ferlendiren bir \u00d6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011fi, \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi m\u00fccadele i\u00e7erisinde bunu K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na a\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zihniyetiyle a\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, e\u011fitimiyle, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesiyle, eylemiyle a\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7abalar\u0131yla K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fc o ezik durumundan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p toplumsal de\u011ferleriyle bulu\u015fturarak,\u00a0 zihninde, beyninde, y\u00fcre\u011finin derinliklerindeki devlete tepkiyi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder Apo K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin m\u00fccadelesini, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken, \u201cben bile bu kadar yi\u011fitlik ve fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beklemiyordum\u201d, tespitinde bulunmu\u015ftur. Bir taraftan iradesi k\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ezilmi\u015f bir topluluk, ama di\u011fer taraftan da \u00d6nder Apo ve PKK ger\u00e7e\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir yi\u011fitlik var, bir fedailik var. Bunlar diyalektik b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zulme ve bask\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 toplumun derinliklerinde var olan \u00f6fke a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131nca yi\u011fitlik ve fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k da en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde kendini ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi zihniyeti, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle K\u00fcrt toplumundaki bu devlet d\u0131\u015f\u0131 toplumsal de\u011ferlerin b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesinin farkl\u0131 karakterde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Devlete, iktidara ve \u00e7\u0131kara bula\u015fmayan, daha \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, daha demokratik bir hareket tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan bask\u0131lar \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r oldu\u011fundan bu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesi \u00e7ok zor geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk devleti soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ve zalimdir. \u0130ran, Suriye ve Irak\u2019ta K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok zalim ve bask\u0131c\u0131 politikalar izlemi\u015ftir. Soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilerin bu zalimli\u011fi K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;ni de, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini de daha direngen k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201c\u00d6ld\u00fcrmeyen darbe g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir\u201d deyimi en somut ifadesiyle K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ger\u00e7e\u011finde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi hem halk d\u00fczeyinde, hem kadro d\u00fczeyinde, hem sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131 d\u00fczeyinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131ya ve zulme kar\u015f\u0131 direnerek \u00e7elikle\u015fe \u00e7elikle\u015fe bug\u00fcnlere gelmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin zorlu\u011fu ayn\u0131 zamanda dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve iradesi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan bir \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin, bir halk ger\u00e7e\u011finin tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tarih boyu K\u00fcrtlerin ezilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 belki ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u00fczy\u0131llarda K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na ac\u0131 \u00e7ektirmi\u015ftir, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok zul\u00fcm g\u00f6rmesini beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u00fczy\u0131llarda dezavantaj olan, ac\u0131 \u00e7ektiren bu \u00f6zellikler ve devlet d\u0131\u015f\u0131 toplum olarak kalma \u00f6zelli\u011fi, ezilen topluluk olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi bug\u00fcn \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir avantaja d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00d6nder Apo&#8217;nun ideolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, zihniyet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, ortaya koydu\u011fu teori ve paradigmayla bu \u00f6zellikler bug\u00fcn sadece K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, t\u00fcm Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131 ve insanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok de\u011ferli hale gelmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi&#8217;nin, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi devrimlerin bug\u00fcn Ortado\u011fu ve insanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131nda bu tarihsel ger\u00e7eklikler ve m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecinin kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 onlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r ayaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131yla, \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla, ya\u015fl\u0131s\u0131yla ayakta olan bir toplumdur. R\u00fczg\u00e2r gibi gelip ge\u00e7en bir m\u00fccadele d\u00f6nemi olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli bir halk ayaklanmas\u0131 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ya da k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli bir m\u00fccadeleyle sadece iktidar\u0131 deviren bir halk hareketi olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. On y\u0131llara dayal\u0131 bir m\u00fccadeleyle devrimci karakteri, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc karakteri derinle\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ger\u00e7ek anlamda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasiye kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bilin\u00e7, adalet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik d\u00fczeyi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu anda K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi, hak, adalet ve e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Hi\u00e7bir halkta olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, demokratik ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i karaktere sahiptir; vicdan\u0131 ve ahlak\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Sadece kapitalist sistemin iktidar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fil, t\u00fcm devletli toplumlardaki klasik hiyerar\u015fik ve devlet\u00e7i iktidarlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramak teorik perspektifimin \u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisi sadece kad\u0131nla ilgili, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgili bir durum de\u011fildir. T\u00fcm tarihi ilgilendiren, t\u00fcm toplumu ilgilendiren, t\u00fcm toplumsal sorunlar\u0131 ve toplumun ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren bir teorik ve ideolojik yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisi \u015fahs\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7are bulunacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisi, kad\u0131n sorunu, kad\u0131n olgusu insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131yla ilgili bir konudur. \u0130nsanl\u0131k ancak k\u00f6klerine dayanarak b\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131klar\u0131na \u00e7are bulabilir. B\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131klar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 tarihsel toplumsal oldu\u011fu gibi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc de tarihsel toplumsald\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn egemenlikler, b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar buradan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r. Toplumsal sorunlar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fmayla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsal sorunlar iktidar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama bunlar da erke\u011fin kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde egemenlik kurmas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde ilk egemenli\u011fin, ilk iktidar\u0131n, ilk devletin, ilk s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ve b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu co\u011frafyada sorunlara ilk yarat\u0131lan toplumsal de\u011ferlerin g\u00fcncelle\u015fmesiyle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aranacakt\u0131r, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunacakt\u0131r. K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fc \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in bu sorunlar\u0131 yaratan Ortado\u011fu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini, bu sorunlar\u0131 yaratan d\u00fcnya ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00e7\u00f6zmesi gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 bu kadar a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131ran ger\u00e7ekten de be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet\u00e7i sistemdir, yine son iki y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k kapitalist modernitedir. Bunun Ortado\u011fu ve K\u00fcrt toplumu \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkileri de\u011ferlendirmi\u015ftir. Teorisini de be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet\u00e7i sistemi ve kapitalist moderniteyi \u00e7\u00f6zerek, bunun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na tarihsel topluma dayal\u0131 toplumsal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm alternatifini ortaya koyarak sadece K\u00fcrt sorununu de\u011fil, Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zen bir zihniyet devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de \u00d6nder Apo&#8217;nun \u00e7izgisi temelinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen K\u00fcrdistan devrimi, K\u00fcrdistan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi bir Ortado\u011fu devrimi olarak geli\u015fmektedir.
