Kad\u0131nlara, toplum i\u00e7erisinde erkeklere tan\u0131na f\u0131rsatlar hi\u00e7bir zaman tan\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f, iradesizle\u015ftirerek,\u00a0 insandan say\u0131lmayarak nesnele\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Cinsiyet\u00e7i bask\u0131, \u015fiddet, k\u0131r\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 onlar\u0131n kendilerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, bilin\u00e7 ve yetenek boyutu ile geli\u015ftirmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde s\u00fcrekli engel olmu\u015ftur. Buna ra\u011fmen kad\u0131n varolu\u015funu duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, eylem, sanat, meslek vb. Ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n kimli\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lma m\u00fccadelesinden vazge\u00e7memi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Geli\u015fen t\u00fcm toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015flar\u0131nda; erkek zihniyetinin toplumda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 geleneksel t\u00fcm \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131na, g\u00fcvensizliklerine ra\u011fmen kad\u0131n kendi iradesini, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koymu\u015ftur. B\u00f6ylesi durumlarda \u00f6rg\u00fctleyici yetene\u011fiyle,\u00a0 k\u0131vrak zekas\u0131yla, sava\u015f taktiklerini geli\u015ftirerek ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 eylemleri sergilemi\u015f, d\u00fc\u015fmana vurduklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck darbelerle efsanele\u015fmi\u015flerdir. Cinsiyet\u00e7i tarih, halk \u00f6nderi, b\u00fcy\u00fck komutan olan bu kad\u0131nlar\u0131 yok saymaya g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmemi\u015ftir. Fransa tarihinde Jan Dark, Ortado\u011fu tarihinde Zenobia, Semiramis, Kara Fatma gibi nice \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde say\u0131s\u0131z bilge,\u00a0 sanat\u00e7\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6stermektedir. Kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme &#8216;Xweb\u00fbnla\u015fma&#8217; aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fen t\u00fcm bask\u0131 ve y\u0131ld\u0131rmalara kar\u015f\u0131n Tanr\u0131\u00e7a k\u00fclt\u00fc her zaman kendini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Tarihi kendi bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kendine g\u00f6re yazan erkek zihniyeti kad\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 s\u00f6z etmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, muhte\u015fem direnen kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011finin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmez.\u00a0 T\u00fcm \u00e7arp\u0131tmalara, inkara ra\u011fmen kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar yans\u0131m\u0131\u015f hakikatlerle doludur. Evrensel kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fini; halklar\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ulusal kurtulu\u015f sava\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6rmekteyiz.\u00a0 Fransa, \u0130ngiltere, Rusya, Latin Amerika \u00fclkeleri, Filistin,\u00a0 K\u00fcrdistan vb. nice halklar\u0131n tarihine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda geli\u015ftirilen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015flar\u0131nda kad\u0131n renginin belirgin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00fcnyada Geli\u015fen \u00d6z Savunma Direni\u015flerinde Kad\u0131nlar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1789 Fransa Demokratik Toplum Devriminde;\u00a0 devrimi ba\u015flatan, \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen kad\u0131nlar olmu\u015ftur. Devrimin in\u015fa s\u00fcrecinde geli\u015fen olaylarda, direni\u015flerde tarihsel rol oynayan yine kad\u0131nlar olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0 1070&#8217;de Paris kom\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 rol alan kad\u0131nlar, iki ay sonra h\u00fck\u00fcmetin Kom\u00fcne sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6n cephelerde savunmaya kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u015eehrin h\u00fck\u00fcmet g\u00fc\u00e7leri ve ordusu taraf\u0131ndan sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011frayarak,\u00a0 bombard\u0131mana tutulmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda direni\u015fin k\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Paris kom\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde kad\u0131nlar hayati rol oynar.\u00a0 Kom\u00fcn y\u00f6netimi ile h\u00fck\u00fcmetin anla\u015fmaya gelmemesi ve sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Ulusal Muhaf\u0131z ordusunda yer alan kad\u0131nlar,\u00a0 Montmartre&#8217;a giden yolda kilit bir nokta olan Place Blanche&#8217;da kahramanca d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015fen bir kad\u0131n taburu meydana getirmi\u015flerdir.\u00a0 Kom\u00fcnde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oy hakk\u0131 yok ve Konseyde hi\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00fcye bulunmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kad\u0131nlar kendi iradeleri ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 zekalar\u0131, cesaretleri sayesinde \u015fehrin savunmas\u0131nda sonuna kadar fedaice direnmi\u015flerdir.\u00a0 Bu d\u00f6nemde devrime damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran kad\u0131nlar olsa da egemen cinsiyet\u00e7i erkek zihniyeti bu rol\u00fc g\u00f6rmek istememi\u015ftir. Devrim i\u00e7erisinde kendi emeklerine, haklar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kan kad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 vah\u015fice katliamalar geli\u015ftirmekten geri duramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eu \u00f6rnek ger\u00e7e\u011fi yorumsuz g\u00f6sterecektir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan Temel insan haklar\u0131 beyannamesinde, devrimin motor g\u00fcc\u00fc olan kad\u0131nlardan hi\u00e7 edilmemi\u015ftir. M\u00fccadelenin sonucunda elde edilen e\u015fit oy, se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 kad\u0131na tan\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Olympe De Gouges bu haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131\u00a0 &#8216;kad\u0131n\u0131n temel haklar bildirgesi&#8217; ni ilan ederek kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar ve kad\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 talep eder. Ancak cinsiyet\u00e7i sistem onun ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 giyotine vurarak cevap verir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Benzer durum \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de de ya\u015fan\u0131r. Devrimde kad\u0131nlar b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kad\u0131n\u0131 o kadar s\u0131f\u0131rlayan zihniyet bunu tarihi belgelere ge\u00e7irmezler. Bu durum kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi haklar\u0131n\u0131 elde etme m\u00fccadelesine yol a\u00e7ar.\u00a0 Kad\u0131n\u0131n oy hakk\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi Sufrajet kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr. Sufrajetler radikal eylemlerle erkek sistemini hizaya getirirler. Sabotajdan \u00e7e\u015fitli suikast eylemlerine ve i\u015fgale kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri bir\u00e7ok eylemle toplumu etkilerler. Kad\u0131nlar fedai ruhla m\u00fccadeleye kat\u0131l\u0131rlar.\u00a0 Hareketin bir militan\u0131 olan Emile Wilde Kral&#8217;\u0131n da haz\u0131r oldu\u011fu bir at yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda protesto ama\u00e7l\u0131 kendisini atlar\u0131n ayaklar\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne atarak ya\u015fam\u0131na son vermesi ile kad\u0131n sorunu toplumsal g\u00fcndeme girer. Yurtta\u015fl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesi ancak 1928 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131na oy hakk\u0131n\u0131n verilmesine kadar s\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Rusya&#8217;da Devriminde de ya\u015fanan durum \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir.\u00a0 Ekim devriminde Aleksandra Kolantay liderli\u011finde merkez komiteye ba\u011fl\u0131 bir kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi vard\u0131r. Ekim devrimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fcten bu hareketin bir\u00e7ok b\u00fcrosu, derne\u011fi vard\u0131r.\u00a0 Fabrikalarda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131nlar\u0131 devrimde aktif rol al\u0131rlar.\u00a0 T\u00fcm aileleri, evleri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yan\u0131na gidilerek, onlarla tart\u0131\u015fma ve toplant\u0131lar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilerek, toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek devrime kad\u0131n ruhu a\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r. Geli\u015fen olaylarda kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc konumdad\u0131r. Lenin; Ekim devrimi, &#8216;kad\u0131n inisiyatifinde geli\u015fen bir devrimdir&#8217; der. Ancak kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sakat ve yetersiz yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131; k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuva e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmaz.\u00a0 Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesini devrimle bir \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131da olabilece\u011fi yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini ve s\u00fcreklili\u011fini gerekli g\u00f6rmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ekonomik boyutla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bol\u015fevik partisine yans\u0131yan bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 devrim sonras\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131na ve devrim \u00f6nc\u00fclerinin te\u015fhirine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Bu anlay\u0131\u015f Stalin d\u00f6neminde de hakim olmu\u015ftur. Kutsal aile ve toplum de\u011ferlerini tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor ve hi\u00e7e say\u0131yor diye devrimin \u00f6nc\u00fc Lideri Aleksandra Kolantay te\u015fhir edilmi\u015ftir. Devrimden sonra kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 hukukunun tan\u0131nmamas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen toplumsal devrimin \u00f6l\u00fc do\u011fmas\u0131na ve Reel sosyalizmle \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 ( \u00d6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n kimdir, nas\u0131l ya\u015far kitab\u0131)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan kad\u0131n direni\u015fleri ve geli\u015fen sonu\u00e7lardan dolay\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesini geli\u015ftiren \u00d6nder APO kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesine stratejik yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O nedenle \u00d6nder APO &#8216; Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olgu tan\u0131mlamas\u0131na uygun olarak kapsam bulmak durumundad\u0131r. Genel toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik kad\u0131n i\u00e7in de direkt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik olmayabilir. \u00d6zg\u00fcn \u00e7aba ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck esast\u0131r. Yine genel demokratikle\u015fme hareketi kad\u0131n i\u00e7in olanaklar a\u00e7abilir. Fakat kendili\u011finden demokrasi getirmez. Kad\u0131n\u0131n bizzat kendi demokratik ama\u00e7, \u00f6rg\u00fct ve \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 sergilemesi gerekir.
