Tarihte ya\u015fayan Mani, \u0130sa, Sokrates, Zerd\u00fc\u015ft, Muhammed, Marks gibi, bir\u00e7ok \u00d6nder, Peygamber ve Filozoflar\u0131n hakikat aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda yanlar\u0131n da kad\u0131nlar yer alm\u0131\u015f, onlarla m\u00fccadelelerinde y\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Fakat hi\u00e7 birinde \u00d6nderlikte oldu\u011fu gibi kad\u0131n\u0131 en de\u011ferli yolda\u015f\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin temel bir ta\u015f\u0131 olarak ele almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle tarihi ki\u015filiklerin i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckleri en b\u00fcy\u00fck yetersizlik geli\u015ftirdikleri m\u00fccadelelerde kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurmam\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin esas \u00f6znesi olarak bakmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6nder APO \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin temeline \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 koyarak y\u0131lmadan bug\u00fcne kadar bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda \u0131srar etmi\u015f ve \u201cKad\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr Olmayan Bir Halk \u00d6zg\u00fcr Olamaz\u201d ger\u00e7e\u011fi ile yakla\u015farak, \u00f6ncelik kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesine, toplumda bir iradi g\u00fc\u00e7 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine \u00f6nem vermi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder APO, \u201cBir kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00fclkenin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden daha \u00f6nemli\u201d oldu\u011fu sonucuna kendi sosyolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemesinden a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f ve b\u00f6ylece kad\u0131na en de\u011ferli hediyenin, xweb\u00fbn, yani kendisi olmas\u0131n\u0131, kendisi olmayan\u0131n ya\u015famda var olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fayamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmi\u015f ve kad\u0131na ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda kat\u0131lmay\u0131, s\u00f6z sahibi olabilmesini kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nMevcut toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikte her g\u00fcn onlarca kad\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor, tecav\u00fcze u\u011fruyor, sava\u015f ganimeti olarak al\u0131n\u0131p-sat\u0131l\u0131yor. Be\u015f bin y\u0131ld\u0131r eril d\u00fczenin egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131nda s\u00f6zde ya\u015famaya mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f kad\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi; ayn\u0131 zamanda bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f erkek ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f toplum ger\u00e7ekli\u011fidir, g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e sistem taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilen yeni ter\u00f6r tehditlerine ve \u015fiddetlerine maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nder APO, k\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm olmu\u015f kad\u0131n sorunu ve ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u201cDemokratik-Ekolojik, Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc Toplum Paradigmas\u0131\u201d ile k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc getirmi\u015ftir. Bu paradigma g\u00fcn g\u00fcn, saniye saniye insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kemiren, ya\u015fam\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fcyle zehirleyip, yok etmeye g\u00f6t\u00fcren eril-vah\u015fi d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131, panzehir olacak bir ideolojidir, felsefedir.<br \/>\nSistemin bin y\u0131llard\u0131r toplum \u00fczerinden zihinlerde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131k anlay\u0131\u015f ve ideolojileri ile kad\u0131na verilen tan\u0131m bir hi\u00e7liktir. Ya\u015famdan kopar\u0131larak, anlams\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131-yoklu\u011fu belli olmayan zavall\u0131 bir mahl\u00fbkat s\u0131fat\u0131 aland\u0131r. Fakat \u00d6nder APO bu evrensel paradigma ve ideolojisi ile kad\u0131n konusunda yeni bir tan\u0131m getirerek, kad\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famla \u00f6zde\u015f k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evrendeki ya\u015fam ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nda ayd\u0131nlatan \u00d6nder APO, kad\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n merkezine, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u00f6k h\u00fccresi oldu\u011funu t\u00fcm savunmalar\u0131n\u0131n temeline yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu paradigma ile genelde uygarl\u0131k \u00f6zelde ise kapitalist modernitenin kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 iktidar olgusunun maskesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclerek, egemen erkek d\u00fczenini y\u0131kan ve yerine alternatif ya\u015fam d\u00fczeni, \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcr E\u015f Ya\u015fam\u201d olarak belirlemi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder APO, Kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fine y\u00f6nelirken de anlaml\u0131 bir ya\u015fam\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131nla geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6nder APO\u2019da insana verdi\u011fi de\u011fer, ya\u015fam ile ba\u011fda\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fam anlamla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a, yolda\u015fl\u0131klarda anlamla\u015f\u0131yor ve yolda\u015fl\u0131k ya\u015fam\u0131n kendisi oluyor, sevgi, sayg\u0131 hesaps\u0131zca geli\u015fiyor. Zira bu PKK de daha da somutluk kazan\u0131yor. \u00d6nderlik, Kad\u0131nla ve ya erkekle ili\u015fkilenmenin kanunlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Do\u011fru ili\u015fkilenmenin, do\u011fru sevmenin ve do\u011fru \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc olarak \u201cYolda\u015fl\u0131k Ruhu\u201d ile kat\u0131lmay\u0131 belirliyor. \u00d6zellikle bir kad\u0131nla ili\u015fkilenmenin kolay olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bunun i\u00e7in yar\u0131-tanr\u0131 prometeus erke\u011finin sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koymu\u015ftur. \u00d6nderlik bu konuda b\u00fcy\u00fck sava\u015fm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck direnmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00d6nder APO da, aile ve kad\u0131n konusundaki ihtiyatl\u0131, kendini kolay d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyen ve k\u00f6le ili\u015fkilere ba\u011flanmayan tarz\u0131 onu sa\u011flam, iradi bir duru\u015fa, m\u00fccadelede ba\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Gen\u00e7lik y\u0131llar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sab\u0131r ve metanetle ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Fatma ile olan evlilik tecr\u00fcbesi, onda m\u00fcthi\u015f bir sorgulamay\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015f ve bu sorgulama k\u00f6le kad\u0131n tutsakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve feodal K\u00fcrt erkek ki\u015fili\u011finin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesine g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00d6nderlik t\u00fcm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerinde ve mektuplar\u0131nda \u201cEn Y\u00fcce \u0130li\u015fki, Yolda\u015fl\u0131k \u0130li\u015fkisidir. Bize Anadan, Babadan, E\u015ften, Dosttan, A\u015fktan Daha Fazla Gerekli Olan Yolda\u015fl\u0131k \u0130li\u015fkileridir\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulunmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc topra\u011f\u0131, toplumu ve kendi kimli\u011finin \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ger\u00e7eklik kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6zel, tekil ili\u015fkinin ahlakl\u0131 ve onurlu bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fccadelenin ta ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan beri ortaya koymu\u015ftur. \u00d6nder APO bir kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kad\u0131n\u0131n be\u015f bin y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan k\u00f6lelik tarihine kar\u015f\u0131, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tarihini yaratma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan devriminden ba\u015flatarak bug\u00fcn bunu Ortado\u011fu kad\u0131n devrimine, evrensel bir m\u00fccadeleye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmekte \u0131srarl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Ortado\u011fu da ya\u015fan\u0131lan insanl\u0131k dram\u0131 ve kaosu, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6zece\u011fine inanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, tanr\u0131\u00e7a k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bu co\u011frafyada, Ortado\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde kaybetti ve yine burada t\u0131rnakla kuyu kazarcas\u0131na yeniden \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kazanmak durumundad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00d6nderlikte yolda\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ok derin ve stratejik bir de\u011ferdedir. Kendi yolda\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kendisi yarat\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne duydu\u011fu \u00f6zlem ve inanc\u0131 kad\u0131nla kurdu\u011fu yolda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015f, bu bir \u00e7izgiye d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. PKK de kad\u0131n yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6nder APO\u2019da ki kad\u0131n yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r, ideolojiktir, felsefiktir, evrenseldir. Bunu anlamak \u00d6nder APO\u2019yu, \u00d6rg\u00fct ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini anlamakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 her g\u00fcn \u00d6nder APO\u2019ya ve onun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n hareketine sald\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Nitekim hem erkek ve hem de kad\u0131n yolda\u015flar olarak bu konuda ciddi bir anlama ve kavrama sorunumuz var. Kadro ve yolda\u015fl\u0131k \u00e7izgisinin gereklerini yerine getirmekte ciddi zay\u0131fl\u0131k ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Feodal, geri-geleneksel d\u00fczen ve ki\u015filikleri a\u015fmam\u0131\u015f duru\u015f ve davran\u0131\u015flar do\u011fru tarzda yolda\u015f olman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketine b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc yakla\u015fmayan, bu m\u00fccadeleye sahip \u00e7\u0131kmayan benmerkezci, iktidarc\u0131, par\u00e7alay\u0131c\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 mahk\u00fbm etmek \u00d6nder APO ile yolda\u015f olman\u0131n birincil kural\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nder APO\u2019nun Kad\u0131nla kurdu\u011fu yolda\u015fl\u0131k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fer verme, sevgi, sayg\u0131 bi\u00e7me ve kad\u0131na irade kazand\u0131rma temelindedir. \u0130li\u015fkilerde birbirini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme de\u011fil, sevgi ve sayg\u0131y\u0131 k\u0131rmadan birbirini y\u00fcceltmeyi, d\u00fcr\u00fcst yakla\u015fmay\u0131, yolda\u015fl\u0131k ili\u015fkisini geli\u015ftirmeyi esas almaktad\u0131r. Bir insanl\u0131k yolda\u015f\u0131d\u0131r \u00d6nder APO. Kad\u0131nla yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, arkada\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ona her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir insan olarak bakmas\u0131d\u0131r. Geri-geleneksel, k\u00f6leli\u011fe mahk\u00fbm olmu\u015f bir kad\u0131ndan nefret etti\u011fi kadar, onu bu durumdan kurtarma m\u00fccadelesi ve \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 da pes etmeden her zaman g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder APO da sorun ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck ve zor olsa da onu ret etmeden \u00fczerine giderek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ve kazanmay\u0131 esas alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131 bir obje, nesne olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p, \u00f6zne-irade haline getirmeyi ilke edinmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n ne zaman bir irade sahibi olur ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fursa, toplumun da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, demokrasiye kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131na inanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015famla, toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile \u00f6zde\u015f k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00d6nder APO\u2019da temel anlay\u0131\u015f ve felsefedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00d6nder APO kendisini her y\u00f6nden g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015f kendini savunabilen, irade olmu\u015f, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir g\u00fcce ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nla yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas almaktad\u0131r. Geli\u015ftirici bir ili\u015fki tarz\u0131n\u0131, anlaml\u0131, onurlu bir yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n nas\u0131l kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n en de\u011ferli, en se\u00e7kin payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olarak \u201cKolektif A\u015fk\u201d ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015ftir. Kolektif A\u015fk; kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Neolitik d\u00f6nemde oldu\u011fu gibi, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tutkuyla, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma azmi ve fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k g\u00f6stererek yeniden yaratmas\u0131 bunun i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmesi ve bunu Evrensel A\u015fk\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00d6nder APO, \u00dcvey\u015f anayla olan kavgas\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7 ve ona duydu\u011fu sayg\u0131y\u0131 bug\u00fcn kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini kurarak \u00f6demi\u015ftir. Ve bug\u00fcn kutsal mek\u00e2n K\u00fcrdistan\u201dda, Cudi\u2019de, Ararat\u2019\u0131n asi zirvesinde, S\u00fcphan ve Sincar da\u011flar\u0131nda On binleri a\u015fan Adule\u2019lerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir A\u015fk ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tutkusuyla kahramanl\u0131k destanlar\u0131 yaz\u0131ld\u0131, yaz\u0131l\u0131yor. G\u00fcne\u015fimizin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ayd\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f bilin\u00e7 ve ruhlar\u0131m\u0131z kad\u0131n da kendi tarihini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan bir ba\u015far\u0131ya, y\u00fcceli\u011fe g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nKad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi bir \u00d6nderlik hareketidir. Bu hareket ideolojik, felsefik, siyasal, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve askeri anlamda derinlik kazanm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir harekettir. Ve bu hareket kendi k\u00fcllerinden kendisini yeniden yaratan B\u00ear\u00eetanlar\u0131n, Z\u00eelanlar\u0131n, Semalar\u0131n, Ar\u00eenlerin ve daha nice yi\u011fit kad\u0131n kahramanlar\u0131n ruhta ve bilin\u00e7te \u00d6nderlikle yolda\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 yakalam\u0131\u015f ve bunu erkek egemen sistem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda direni\u015f \u00e7izgisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f bir \u00d6nderlik hareketidir. \u015eehitlere ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan \u00d6nder APO, kendisiyle yolda\u015f olman\u0131n bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc olarak, devrim \u015fehitlerine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, onlar\u0131n yar\u0131m kalan hayallerini tamamlama ruhu ve bilincini m\u00fccadelenin her alan\u0131nda g\u00f6sterebilmektir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini toplumda k\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm olmu\u015f, y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k sorunlara, eril sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 bir tepki olarak geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu konuda kad\u0131n\u0131 her g\u00fcn yeniden yaratma ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirme \u00e7abalar\u0131 da s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z devam etmektedir.
