Fakat bu m\u00fccadelenin tek bir g\u00fcn olarak de\u011fil, y\u0131l\u0131n 365 g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn her saniyesinde kad\u0131n \u015fiddetine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele olarak an\u0131lmas\u0131 daha fazla \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiddeti salt kaba dayak, fuhu\u015f, tecav\u00fcz, taciz ve \u00f6ld\u00fcrme gibi olgularla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak veya istatistiklere ba\u011flamak yanl\u0131\u015f ve yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uygulanan \u015fiddeti bug\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015fik bi\u00e7imlerde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Yani \u015fiddet salt fiziki bir olgu de\u011fildir. Ekonomik, sosyal, fiziksel, duygusal, cinsel \u015fiddet-tecav\u00fcz, kad\u0131n ticareti, recm, kad\u0131n s\u00fcnneti, zoraki evlilik, \u00e7ocuk evlilikler, toplu ka\u00e7\u0131rmalar ( Boko Haram \u00f6rne\u011fi ) vb. bir\u00e7ok \u015fiddet bi\u00e7imlerini s\u0131ralayabiliriz. Kapitalist sistem d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddeti me\u015fru k\u0131lmakta bir meta, pazar konumuna getirmektedir. Kad\u0131n\u0131 en fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren \u015fiddet, toplumda bir meta, Pazar konumuna d\u00fc\u015fmesi bir finans kayna\u011f\u0131, kar-sermaye haline getirilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nBelki d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde kad\u0131n olarak ya\u015famak zordur. Ama Ortado\u011fu da bir kad\u0131n olarak ya\u015famak her \u015feyden daha zordur. Tarihten bug\u00fcne hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmeyen sava\u015flar\u0131n, katliamlar\u0131n, yoksullu\u011fun, g\u00f6\u00e7erli\u011fin ve a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, i\u015fkencenin ve de direni\u015flerin en yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kadim topraklarda hi\u00e7 bitmeyen ac\u0131lar\u0131yla bir kad\u0131n olarak ya\u015famak ku\u015fkusuz \u00e7ok daha zordur. Din ve \u015feriat ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan fetvalar ilk olarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hedef almakta ve cihat evlili\u011fi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda cinsel meta olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Egemen erkek iktidar\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc son versiyonu uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin karay\u00fczl\u00fc cellad\u0131 I\u015e\u0130D olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar sava\u015flar\u0131n ba\u015fta gelen ma\u011fdurudur. Sava\u015f ganimeti olarak esir al\u0131n\u0131p, k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilen, al\u0131n\u0131p-sat\u0131lan bir nesnedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nK\u00fcrdistan da ise kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet politikalar\u0131 stratejik anlam ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Sistemin ve devletin bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zel kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n da i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u015fiddet politikalar\u0131, \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. K\u00fcrt toplumunda h\u00e2kim olan namus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, t\u00f6re cinayetleri, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta evlilik, bask\u0131 vb. sorunlar kad\u0131n cinsi \u00fczerinde somutla\u015fm\u0131\u015f egemen erkek iktidar\u0131n kendisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebildi\u011fi temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u015eiddeti kad\u0131na hak g\u00f6ren, me\u015fru k\u0131lan egemen erkek, iktidar\u0131n\u0131n elinden gidece\u011fi korkusunu hep ya\u015famakta, kad\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kahraman kesilen kof erkek, sistem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tam bir k\u00f6le durumuna d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFakat bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7abalar\u0131yla kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelemiz geli\u015fti ve K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 kendi irade ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcyle evrensel bir m\u00fccadeleye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu m\u00fccadelenin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00f6z konusudur. Bilin\u00e7lenen kad\u0131n, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in kendi iradesine, kimli\u011fine, diline ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, egemen erke\u011fin b\u00fcy\u00fck tehditlerine ve pervas\u0131zca sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na maruz kal\u0131yor.<br \/>\nKad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fta K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131na ve bu fikir ve eylemde ortakla\u015fan t\u00fcm kad\u0131n cephesine \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet m\u00fccadelesini evrensel bir d\u00fczeye kavu\u015fturmak ve etkili bir eyleme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek ancak, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck i\u00e7erisine \u00e7ekebilmekle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplum i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlara cevap arayacak bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumun sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren bir m\u00fccadele gerektirmektedir. Kad\u0131nda ki pozitif enerjiyi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kad\u0131n olmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7 olmak demek, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc olmak demektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nKad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet m\u00fccadelesini uluslararas\u0131 platforma ta\u015f\u0131mak yine K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar olarak zihniyet alan\u0131nda ortak, kolektif bir m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmelidir. \u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015famda \u0131srar eylemleri d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n hareketlerinde ortakla\u015fabilmelidir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n bilin\u00e7, irade kazanaca\u011f\u0131 mek\u00e2nlar olu\u015fturmak \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck eylemdir. Yine D\u00fcnyada ki farkl\u0131 kad\u0131n hareketleriyle ortak duygu ve ruhta bulu\u015facak ve tart\u0131\u015facak platform zeminlerini yaratmak \u00f6nemlidir.
