Al\u0131m-sat\u0131m konusu edilemez ki. En az\u0131ndan demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat hareketinde bu b\u00f6yledir. Yani sanat\u0131n\u0131 satmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenden \u015f\u00fcphe etmeliyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130n\u015fa Sanat\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ger\u00e7ek halk sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ve eri\u015fmek istedi\u011fi farkl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin pop\u00fcler ve arabesk k\u00fclt\u00fcre kar\u015f\u0131 toplumda duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve m\u00fccadeleci bir insan yaratmak bunlardan biridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr(s\u00fczl\u00fck) ile y\u0131llard\u0131r, tek tip insan dayat\u0131ld\u0131; beyinler ve y\u00fcrekler i\u015fgal alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131, herkes bunun etkisi alt\u0131na al\u0131narak \u00e7arp\u0131k sistem, normal ya\u015fanabilir bir sistemmi\u015f gibi g\u00f6sterilmek istendi. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n duygular\u0131 ile oynand\u0131, ruhlar sat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 mevcut k\u00f6le d\u00fczeninin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmak \u015fartt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle Kapitalist Modernitenin sanat\u0131 kullan\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunun \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc nas\u0131l yapaca\u011f\u0131z?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">?Biz k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimlik yaratmada \u00f6nc\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131z, bu in\u015faya sanatsal g\u00fc\u00e7 kataca\u011f\u0131z, m\u00fczik, resim, tiyatro, sinema ve edebiyat vb. alanlar\u0131nda K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6zg\u00fcr ifade tarzlar\u0131n\u0131 yarataca\u011f\u0131z, biz ba\u015fta kendimiz de olmak \u00fczere demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat insan\u0131n\u0131 yarataca\u011f\u0131z demeli ve yaratmal\u0131y\u0131z&#8230;?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Farkl\u0131 Olmal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gen\u00e7lik ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, bu hareketten bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi ve fark\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyarak ya\u015famaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde; toplumun yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k rol\u00fcn\u00fc s\u0131rtlam\u0131\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Sanat\u00e7\u0131, toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yani ya\u015fam \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fctmek ve g\u00fczelle\u015ftirmekle sorumludur. Vars\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131, burjuva salonlarda e\u011flencelik olarak, maddi d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in bu u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 yaps\u0131n&#8230; Bunlara kar\u015f\u0131y\u0131z ama kar\u015f\u0131 olmam\u0131z yetmez, bu &#8216;sanat koruculu\u011funa&#8217; kar\u015f\u0131, toplumun can esirgemezleri, serdenge\u00e7tileri olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Toplumcu sanat\u00e7\u0131 bu sanat\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r. Ulus-devlet ve devlet\u00e7ikler zaten toplum ve sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 kendine ba\u011fl\u0131yor ve s\u0131f\u0131rl\u0131yor, soytar\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Devletin k\u00f6lesi haline getirmek i\u00e7in sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 sanat\u00e7\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ger\u00e7ek bir halk sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olmak ancak demokratik \u00f6zerk bir ya\u015famda, demokratik ulus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Demokratik Modernite zihniyeti ile olur. Ba\u015fka sanat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k bize g\u00f6re olmaz. Son olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat emek\u00e7ilerinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel boyutun in\u015fas\u0131nda dikkat etmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm baz\u0131 konulara de\u011finerek bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 bitirmek istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc Sanat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6r\u00fclmesi \u00f6nemli bir konudur. Demokratik ulus ekolojik-\u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ya\u015fam ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e \u00f6r\u00fclmesi, ulusal toplum olma i\u00e7in di\u011fer halklara \u00f6rnek yaratma i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir. Sanat\u00e7\u0131 kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile olan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmezse toplumsall\u0131\u011fa fazla gelmez. Toplumu \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmadan o sanat\u00e7\u0131 da \u00f6zg\u00fcr olamaz. Bu ba\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rmek ve hissetmek \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zg\u00fcr K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc alternatif bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, Kapitalist Modernist ya\u015famda s\u00fcrekli sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011frayan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr. K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bunca sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011framas\u0131 onun toplum i\u00e7inde yeniden aya\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engelleme ama\u00e7l\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olmak durumunday\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc kendine hast\u0131r. Elbette her halk\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00fczeldir. Ama K\u00fcrtleri di\u011fer halklardan ay\u0131ran temel \u00f6zellikler de vard\u0131r. En temel \u00f6zelli\u011fi, orijinal halinin egemen sistem d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Orijinal K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc zaman ve mek\u00e2n itibar\u0131yla t\u00fcm uygarl\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn dayana\u011f\u0131 olan kaynak k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerdendir, K\u00fcrt sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrden beslenmek zorundad\u0131r. Yoksa g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn kapitalist modernite eksenli yapay K\u00fcrt ulus devletinin kurban\u0131 olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Demokratik sosyalist bir toplumun in\u015fas\u0131na devrimci kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flamak ancak ya\u015famda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel boyutu in\u015fa etme gayesi ile olabilir. Kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uzak ya da onu zay\u0131f geri g\u00f6rerek olamaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130stismarc\u0131lar\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;dan Koval\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer bir konu; K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da din k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ciddi bir istismar var. Alevilere, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara, S\u00fcryanilere, \u00caz\u00eed\u00eelere ya da \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 dini kesimlere y\u00f6nelik bu yaranmac\u0131 ve kullanmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek, bu alanda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen k\u00fclt\u00fcrel s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc de\u015fifre etmek \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Dinlerin geleneksel direni\u015f\u00e7i ruhunu ya\u015fatmak; bunun i\u00e7ini bo\u015faltanlara kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci bir ruhla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan ge\u00e7er. Dinin iktidara alet edilerek toplumcu \u00f6zden kopar\u0131lmas\u0131na ve Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da bu yolla s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc derinle\u015ftiren sahte din anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ve siyasetlere kar\u015f\u0131 toplumu uyarmak t\u00fcm k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat emek\u00e7ilerinin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r. Bunu yapmayan b\u00f6yle hassas bir konuda halk\u00e7\u0131 ve \u00f6nc\u00fc bir tutum ortaya koymayan, &#8216;k\u00fclt\u00fcrel s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye dur&#8217; demeyen bir sanat\u00e7\u0131ya demokratik \u00f6zerkli\u011fin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel boyutunun ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda fazla bir rol bi\u00e7memek daha do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kad\u0131n K\u00fclt\u00fcr, K\u00fclt\u00fcr Direnmek Demektir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son olarak en \u00f6nemli diyebilece\u011fimiz bir konuyu dile getirmek istiyoruz. Toplumsal de\u011ferlerin temsilcili\u011fini yapacak sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n temel sanat kayna\u011f\u0131 neolitik toplumdur demi\u015ftik. Neolitik toplum par\u00e7alanmam\u0131\u015f, s\u0131n\u0131fla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f toplumdur. Sanat\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011fesi dil bu d\u00f6nemde devrimsel geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tar\u0131m, k\u00f6y devrimi de ayn\u0131 zamanda bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr devrimidir. Kad\u0131n orijinli bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131p, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu anlay\u0131\u015fla pratikle\u015ftirilmeden, sanatsal bir yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015famay\u0131z. Mevcut, var olan\u0131n tekrar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015famay\u0131z. Yarat\u0131m bu maddi k\u00fclt\u00fcr d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise kad\u0131n\u0131n bu \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rmeden ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas al\u0131nmadan yap\u0131lan k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 hep eksik kalacakt\u0131r.\u00a0\u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve sanat\u0131 \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmak, ona kafa yormak, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinden yola \u00e7\u0131karmak, olduk\u00e7a do\u011fru ve hakikate uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bug\u00fcn ?K\u00fcrt sanat\u0131 ve esteti\u011fi? geleneksel K\u00fcrt sanat\u0131 ve esteti\u011finden, yani K\u00fcrt kimli\u011finden ve toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kopar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu kadar elit bir pozisyona sokulabilmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt sanat\u0131ndaki dengb\u00eajlik ve danslar (govend) bug\u00fcn ayakta kalm\u0131\u015fsa \u00e7ok \u015fansl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de\u011fil, k\u00f6k\u00fc derinlerde ve kal\u0131c\u0131 ya\u015fam de\u011ferleri oldu\u011fu i\u00e7indir. K\u00fcrt&#8217;e dair var olan her \u015feyi yok etmek isteyenler, K\u00fcrd\u00fcn m\u00fczi\u011fi ve govendini \u00f6ld\u00fcrememi\u015flerdir. Direnen ve ayakta kalan bunlar olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Her \u015fey teslim al\u0131nmak istenmi\u015f olanlar\u0131n m\u00fczi\u011fi ve govendi-halay\u0131 teslim olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Teslim olmayan K\u00fcrt esteti\u011fidir. Yitirilmek istenmi\u015f fakat direnmi\u015ftir.
