Burada k\u0131r\u0131ma u\u011frat\u0131lan ilgili halk\u0131n ya da grubun soy olarak yok edilmesi olmaktad\u0131r. Soy kavram\u0131 bir toplumun ilk varl\u0131k kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan son form kazanm\u0131\u015f a\u015famas\u0131na kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede in\u015fa etti\u011fi, edindi\u011fi t\u00fcm maddi ve manevi de\u011ferler sistemini ifade etmektedir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f hat\u0131ralar, ortak tarihsel ve g\u00fcncel haf\u0131za, \u00fczerinde var olunan mek\u00e2n olarak \u00fclke, toplumsal deneyim ve ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar, gelecek \u00fctopyalar\u0131 gibi daha da \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lacak de\u011ferler soy kavram\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplumsal varolu\u015fu temsil etmektedir. K\u0131r\u0131ma u\u011fratmak ise bu de\u011ferleri varolu\u015f kayna\u011f\u0131ndan koparmak, geli\u015fimini durdurmak, yap\u0131sal olarak bozmak, asimile etmek, ink\u00e2r ve imha etmek ve son olarak fiziki olarak ortadan kald\u0131rmak demektir. B\u00f6ylece soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 bir halk\u0131, etnik grubu ya da farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel varl\u0131klar\u0131 total olarak yok etmek ve ortadan kald\u0131rmak olarak tan\u0131mlamal\u0131y\u0131z. Soy k\u0131r\u0131m toplumu toplum olmaktan, ya\u015fam\u0131 ya\u015fam olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r. Bu anlam\u0131yla toplum olmak nedir? Ve toplum nas\u0131l toplum olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6nder APO toplumu ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 alt\u0131 temel ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda tan\u0131mlar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Evrensel hamle olarak toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n temel karakteristik \u00f6zelliklerini s\u0131ralayal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- Tarih olarak toplum. \u0130nsan topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n milyonlarca y\u0131l s\u00fcren, zorlu mek\u00e2nlarda \u00e7ok ac\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7en ve b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadele isteyen \u00e7abalar\u0131 sonucunda daha geli\u015fkin tekil topluluklar olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Baz\u0131 mek\u00e2nlar ve d\u00f6nemler toplumsal s\u0131\u00e7ramalarda belirleyici olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- Tarih olarak toplum zek\u00e2 d\u00fczeyini gerektirir. \u0130nsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn zek\u00e2 d\u00fczeyi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemi\u015ftir. Toplumsall\u0131k da bu zek\u00e2 d\u00fczeyini zihniyet halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, geli\u015fmeye zorlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsal do\u011fa zihniyet d\u00fczeyi geli\u015fkin esnek bir yap\u0131 arz eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- Dil toplumsal zihniyetin sadece arac\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir unsurudur. Dil bir toplumu var eden temel \u00f6zelliklerdendir. Kolektif zek\u00e2 arac\u0131 olarak toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n esnekli\u011fini \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4- Tar\u0131m devrimi toplumun maddi ve manevi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde tarihin en k\u00f6kl\u00fc devrimidir. \u0130nsan toplumu esas olarak tar\u0131m etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. Tar\u0131ms\u0131z toplum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Tar\u0131m sadece beslenme sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamakla kalmaz; zek\u00e2, dil, n\u00fcfus, y\u00f6netim, savunma, yerle\u015fme, din, teknik, giyim, etnik yap\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, temel maddi ve manevi k\u00fclt\u00fcr ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve geli\u015fmelere yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5- Toplumsal s\u00fcreklili\u011fi sa\u011flamada en yo\u011fun \u00e7aban\u0131n sahibi oldu\u011fundan, kad\u0131n erke\u011fe nazaran toplumsall\u0131kta daha ba\u015fat rol oynar. Do\u011fum, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve savunulmas\u0131 toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n anac\u0131l do\u011frultuda geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flar. Toplum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak ana-kad\u0131n kimli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131r. Dilin ve dinin k\u00f6keninde di\u015fil \u00f6\u011fenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi do\u011frular. Tar\u0131m-k\u00f6y toplumunda kad\u0131n\u0131n kimli\u011fi ve sesi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc korumaya devam eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6- Toplumsal do\u011fa \u00f6zde ahl\u00e2k\u00ee ve politiktir. Ahl\u00e2k toplumun kural d\u00fczenini, politika da y\u00f6netimini belirler. Ahl\u00e2k toplumun d\u00fczen ve kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, politika yarat\u0131c\u0131 geli\u015fimini sa\u011flar. Ahl\u00e2ks\u0131z ve politikas\u0131z toplum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. Ahl\u00e2k\u00ee ve politik d\u00fczeydeki a\u015f\u0131nma her t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00f6lelik ve e\u015fitsizli\u011fin geli\u015fimi ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fan\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu alt\u0131 madde de ifade edilen \u00f6zellikler toplumu toplum yapan temel alanlar\u0131 ifade etmektedir. Toplumlar hem co\u011frafya olarak mek\u00e2n hem de tarih olarak zamanla varolu\u015fsal bir ba\u011f ile varl\u0131k kazan\u0131rlar. Mek\u00e2n olgusu \u00fczerinde var olunan \u00fclke olarak toplumun onsuz edemeyece\u011fi en temel de\u011fer halindedir. Neolitik toplumun kad\u0131n eme\u011fine dayal\u0131 olarak kurulan k\u00f6yleri ve sonras\u0131nda \u015fehirleri g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00fclke kavram\u0131n\u0131n da k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Zaman olarak tarih ise toplum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan k\u00f6klerini ve kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilme anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Her toplumun bir tarihi vard\u0131r ve her toplum bu tarihine dayanarak an?\u0131n\u0131 ve gelece\u011fini in\u015fa eder ve ya\u015far. Bu yan\u0131yla toplumlarda bitkiler gibi kendi k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselirler. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m d\u00fczeni ilk k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 mek\u00e2n \u00fczerine yapar. \u00dclkelerini, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 yok ederek, i\u015fgal ederek, g\u00f6\u00e7erterek ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrerek toplumlar\u0131 mek\u00e2ns\u0131z b\u0131rakan soyk\u0131r\u0131m d\u00fczeni, t\u0131pk\u0131 bir bitkiyi k\u00f6k\u00fcnden koparmak gibi toplumlar\u0131 da kaynaklar\u0131ndan kopar\u0131r. Mek\u00e2ns\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmak, toplumlar\u0131 k\u00f6ks\u00fczle\u015ftirmek olarak soyk\u0131r\u0131m d\u00fczeninin ilk icraat\u0131 olur. Bunun tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 unsuru mek\u00e2n\u0131ndan kopan toplumun tarihinden de kopart\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Tarihsizle\u015ftirmek, belleksizle\u015ftirmek olarak ge\u00e7mi\u015fini yani kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 yitiren toplumu her t\u00fcrl\u00fc uygulamaya a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirmek demektir.
